Data we collect
We may collect:
- identity and contact details (name, email, phone, company) when you use the contact form, call booking or the “Define my project” flow;
- the content of your message or project brief;
- technical browsing data (IP address, user agent, pages viewed, UTM parameters) needed to operate the site and, where applicable, measure audience;
- your choice regarding non-essential cookies.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing purposes:
- respond to enquiries and manage commercial follow-up (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps);
- generate and send the scoping documents (pitch deck) requested via the project flow (pre-contractual steps);
- secure, maintain and improve the website (legitimate interest);
- measure audience only after consent via the cookie banner.
We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Contact requests and project briefs are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship, then archived or deleted according to operational needs and legal duties (as a rule: up to 3 years after the last exchange for prospects, unless a longer legal retention applies).
Technical logs are kept for a limited period consistent with service security.
